All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, sizes and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur; if they do, we will contact you before proceeding with any affected order.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders may be placed through our website checkout (processed securely via Paystack, supporting card and Mobile Money payments) or directly via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery timelines vary by location and will be confirmed with you directly after your order is placed. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Health & Wellness Products

Certain products we stock (including but not limited to fertility, wellness, and personal care items) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please consult your doctor or midwife before using any new product during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or while breastfeeding.
