We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work at Bumps N Us.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with a return request made within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Intimate apparel and underwear (e.g. Maternity Over-the-Bump Panty, Postpartum Disposable Underwear)
Personal care and health items (e.g. Peri Bottle, Sitz Bowl, DermoPlast, Tucks Medicated Cooling Pads, Conceive Plus, Preggie Pop)

How to Request a Return or Refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +233 50 897 5181 with your order details and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paystack, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
